When treatment may be limited or a consultation is required

Skin conditions, scarring or allergies

In the cases below, please consult a doctor or have a thorough consultation with us before treatment.

Skin conditions in the brow area (inflammation, eczema, breakouts, etc.) Surgical or injury scars Very few brow hairs or significantly damaged skin Keloid-prone skin, or a history of metal or pigment allergies

※ Depending on your skin, treatment may be limited or require a patch test first.

Dark or well-defined previous PMU

If dark pigment remains from a previous treatment, the design options may be limited.

Any brow PMU within the last 6 months Dark black or gray old pigment Thick, clearly visible old hair strokes When a natural 3D effect isn't achievable

※ Depending on the old pigment, we may recommend laser removal first.

Red or discolored old pigment

If old pigment has turned red or changed color, a standard session alone may not correct it.

Red or orange-toned discoloration Several colors mixed together Pigment set deep in the skin Multiple previous treatments

※ Depending on your skin, additional removal sessions may be needed, and a light brown on its own may not be possible.

We decide every treatment plan only after a thorough consultation. Our priority is recommending what's right for your skin today, not pushing a treatment.

Browscare guide

Before your appointment

Avoid alcohol and heavy smoking for 2-3 days before and after your appointment. They can make the skin more sensitive and increase bleeding, which affects how the pigment heals. Avoid laser treatments, facials, peels, scrubs, waxing and brow grooming on the area. If you'd like a lighter, softer color, we recommend tinting your brows beforehand. If you're planning Botox on the forehead or between the brows, allow at least 2-4 weeks between it and your PMU, as it can change the shape.

Aftercare

For 5 days, apply a thin layer of healing balm morning and night so the area doesn't dry out. (Do not use Fucidin or Madecassol.) ※ Care may vary with skin type. Keep the area as dry as possible for 48 hours. Wait about 7 days before using brow makeup or cleansers on the area. Don't pick or peel flakes or scabs. Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, swimming and heavy sweating for 10 days. Brow tinting and lamination are fine from 2 weeks after your session. If any areas look patchy after healing, we'll perfect them at your touch-up.

Lipscare guide

Before your appointment

Keep your lips moisturized and gently exfoliated for 1 week before your appointment. Allow at least 2 months between lip filler or other lip procedures and your session. If you've had cold sores, see a doctor 2-3 days before and take antiviral medication as prescribed.

Aftercare

Keep your lips moisturized at all times. (Don't lick your lips.) Never peel or scrub off flakes. Avoid spicy, salty, hot or irritating foods for 3 days. Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, swimming and intense exercise for 1 week. Depending on your natural lip tone and pigmentation, an extra session may be needed. If you notice blisters, itching or stinging, see a doctor right away for antiviral medication.

Eyelinercare guide

Before your appointment

Please remove contact lenses and lash extensions before your visit. Wait at least 2 months after double eyelid or ptosis surgery. Very thick lines or long wings may not be possible for safety reasons.

Aftercare

Don't wear contact lenses on the day of your session. Lash extensions are fine from 2 weeks after. If the area feels dry, apply a small amount of healing balm from the next day. (If not, there's no need.) If your eyes feel irritated, artificial tears can help. For swelling, use a cold compress. Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, swimming and intense exercise for 1 week. Try not to rub your eyes or get teary.

Hairlinecare guide

Before your appointment

Avoid scalp treatments, hair color, perms and other harsh services for 3 days before. Treatment may be limited by scalp conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis. Wait at least 3 months after a hair transplant. For a natural result, we don't create overly wide or artificial hairlines. Please wash your hair before your appointment. We recommend bringing a hat to wear afterwards.

Aftercare

Don't wash your hair for 48 hours (the day of and the day after). Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang, swimming and intense exercise for 1 week. From day 3, rinse the treated area gently with water only. You can shampoo the rest of your hair. Dry the area with cool air and apply a thin layer of healing balm. Hair color and perms are fine after 2 weeks.

Hair Powder (SMP)care guide

Before your appointment

Avoid scalp treatments, hair color and perms for 3 days before. Treatment may be limited if you have scalp inflammation or a skin condition. Wait at least 3 months after a hair transplant. Wear dark clothing on the day. If you wear a hat, choose a dark one. Please wash your hair before your appointment.

Aftercare

There's little to no bleeding, pain or flaking, so you can get back to your day right away. Light exercise, saunas and swimming are fine from the next day. You can shampoo the same day, but don't rub your scalp hard. Dry the area well with cool air, then apply a thin layer of healing balm. Hair color and perms are fine from 3 days after. Hair Powder adds fine color to the scalp, so swelling, scabbing and bleeding are rare.

Lash Liftcare guide

Before your appointment

If you wear contact lenses, please remove them before your session. (Bring a lens case.) Let us know the curl you'd like (natural or bold) during your consultation. We can't treat eyes with conjunctivitis, a stye or other eye conditions. We can't treat within 2 months of LASIK, LASEK or other eye surgery. If you've had double eyelid or other eye-area surgery in the last 3 months, please consult us first. Treatment may be limited during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you're allergic to perm solution, adhesive or bleach, please tell us in advance. Lash extensions must be removed before a lash lift. Some eyelid puffiness may occur on the day, but it usually settles within 1-2 days.

Aftercare

Keep your lashes dry for 24 hours. Don't rub or touch your eyes on the day. Skip lash curlers and mascara for about 1 week. Avoid saunas, jjimjilbang and hot, humid places for 3 days. A lash serum helps your lift last longer and reduces damage. Results usually last 4-6 weeks, depending on your natural lashes. We recommend waiting at least 4 weeks between lifts.

Laser removal aftercare

The number of removal sessions depends on how deep the pigment is, the type of pigment and your skin tone. Red pigment usually needs at least 3 laser sessions. Brow hairs may turn white after laser removal, but they grow back in their natural color over time. The area may swell for 3-4 days. An antibiotic or steroid ophthalmic ointment can help. Redness and swelling are normal right after laser, and a cold compress within the first 24 hours helps. As sessions progress and the intensity increases, blisters may form. If a blister breaks and gets wet or sweaty too soon, there's a risk of infection, so please keep it clean and dry.
